- New clients' onboarding
- Taking initiatives to maintain AML/KYC files up-to-date
- Filing and registration of all legal documentation required by the CSSF.
- Participation in periodic audits, compliance and risk sample checks
- Ensure good communication, and an effective understanding of the processes and procedures

- you have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- you have experience with funds, notably Private Equity and Real Estate funds
- you talk fluently in English, French and/or German would be an advantage
