Our esteemed client, a prominent fiduciary based in Luxembourg and close to the train station, is in search of an experienced Senior Accountant proficient in Luxembourgish to join their Luxembourg team!
As a senior accountant, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring meticulousness, compliance, and efficacy across all financial processes.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Conducting financial record audits and reviews
- Monitoring and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
- Provision of financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Handling tax and other financial reporting obligations
Your profile:
- Possession of an accounting or finance degree
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or a related field
- Fluent Luxembourgish language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
