Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the selection and onboarding process for key service providers, with a keen eye on KPI delivery setup and delegate service level agreements.
- Take charge of comprehensive initial and ongoing Due Diligence on SLAM LUX delegates, including conducting insightful onsite visits.
- Steer and manage service reviews for critical delegates linked with SLAM LUX.
- Serve as the primary conduit for overarching service provider matters, adeptly managing and facilitating escalation procedures.
- Provide invaluable guidance and support to Management and business functions, ensuring seamless reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate an atmosphere of innovation and refinement, capitalizing on your entrepreneurial mindset to architect and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Possess over 3 years of professional experience in operational risk management, inclusive of oversight, or an extensive background in audit within the investment funds sector (AIF and UCITS).
- Showcase a proven track record in establishing, implementing, and enhancing processes, reflecting a strong entrepreneurial approach.
- Display exceptional numerical and analytical prowess, coupled with a knack for critically assessing ideas from a risk perspective.
- Boast proficiency in written and spoken English, along with fluency in either German or French.
- Embrace collaborative teamwork, demonstrating resilience and dynamism while showcasing your ability to excel independently.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications.
