We are currently looking for a Managing Assistant:

 

Company of 10 people, whose core business is FMCG & Holding, They are looking for a Managing Assistant for its Luxemburg office. The company is based in Luxembourg and Belgium. Our company is currently experiencing a strong evolution of its office in Luxembourg and wants to strengthen its team.

The company is made up of around ten people with offices in Belgium and Luxembourg. They are located in the city center.

We are looking for a Managing Assistant French / English / Dutch is a plus who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team according to the needs
  • Day to day Bookeeping
  • Preparation invoices, reconciliation
  • Sales team support  
  • Reception
  • Manage phone calls and e-mails
  • Schedule meetings
  • Do day-to-day assistance to the team
  • Handle archiving and filing
  • Handle telephone calls
  • Update database and website
  • Prepare corporate documentation and provide commercial assistance
  • Help with the implementation of AML process and follow up
  • Prepare budgets and fee forecast, be responsible for the financial and contractual management, as well as invoicing, in collaboration with the managing directors
  • Providing general support to senior management team

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and English, Dutch would be an asset
  • You are rigorous and you have excellent organization skills
  • You are attentive to details
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • You are used to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests
  • You know how to work under pressure
  • Good knowledges of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • You are quickly available
