Here are the main tasks you'll be assigned to:
- Assistance to the company's clients for legal & corporate matters;
- You'll manage a portfolio of dedicated clients;
- Drafting and reviewing legal and transactional documentation;
- Coordinating, communicating and working closely with all departments;
- You'll have to coordinate the implementation of cross-border transactions;
If you are interested, no doubt you'll be the perfect candidate if you match the following points:
- You have a Master’s Degree in Law
- You have at least 3 years of experience, including in a law firm
- You've had exposure to capital market law and funds
- You are fluent in English, any additional language will be an asset.
