Responsibilities

Assistance on supervisory of the services providers regarding the accounting and the financial statements preparation;

Assistance on preparation of the investor’s financial reports on a quarterly basis;
-
Assistance on managing and monitoring of the capital call and distribution processes;
-
Assistance on monitoring cash movements and preparation of the related reporting’s;
-
Assistance on the investments’ transactions in partnership with the investment teams;
-
Key contact for the service providers, the auditors and advisors;
-
Assistance on coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation;
-
Other administrative work.
Skills
-
Knowledge of Private Debt/Direct Lending industry in Luxembourg

Skills of the day-to-day funds operations

Autonomous and dynamic

Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills

Strong oral and written communication skills / French and English are required.

Education/Experience

Master’s degree in accounting or Finance

A 1st experience in the Private Debt / Direct Lending industry
