You’d have to be able to provide guidance and good interpretation of laws, regulations and policies from a compliance point of view;

Prepare and conduct compliance monitoring plan;

Prepare internal and external reports;
-
Review notices from the CSSF;
-
Monitor and keep files up to date;
-
Ensure the well logging of complaints;
-
Act as a member of the committees of the company;

You’d have to have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role;

You are familiar with AML/KYC framework & knowledge, as well as funds;

Having a previous experience in a trust & corporate services industry is an asset;

You speak fluently English and French;

You are a team-player, solutions-driven, able to work under pressure while demonstrating great skills in research, analysis et reporting.
