This company is located near to Luxembourg-City, and is easy to reach by car due to it's nearance to the highway or either by free public transport.
This is a unique opportunity as this company is a daughter-frim of a famous and well known big german technology group.
If you speak Germa, and English and if you feel like joining a german speaking environment, then this opportunity is made for you.
Tasks:
- Being involved in Real Estate and Private Equity transactions
- Document management
- Prepare VAT declarations
- Responsible for your own client portfolio like holding and acquisition companies
- Liaise with service providers for Fund and Real Estate activities in Germany and Luxembourg
- Cash management
Profile:
- Master or Bachelor Degree related to accounting or similar
- FLUENT IN GERMAN and ENGLISH, (French is an asset)
- Experience in the Real estate environment ideally Fund Accounting
- Knowledge of the accounting software BOB50
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish fund structures
