Your tasks:

  • Coordinating and facilitating communication among team members and external stakeholders, including notaries, to ensure the efficient execution and delivery of legal documents. This includes obtaining extracts from trade and business ownership registries and handling the legalization of documents. Additionally, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of corporate documents and records, such as signatory lists and trade registers.
  • Managing the organization, review, filing (both electronic and physical), and archiving of all corporate documents, including written correspondence with regulatory authorities.
  • Scheduling and overseeing board meetings and other relevant gatherings, including the preparation, signing, and distribution of related documents.
  • Creating basic corporate documents, such as circular resolutions and termination letters.
  • Compiling and presenting comprehensive document sets in response to both internal and external requests, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Know Your Customer (KYC) inquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams within the Management Company to maintain, update, and document policies and procedures.

Your profile:

To be the perfect match for this position you should:

  • Have a first experience as a corporate officer 
  • Hold a master degree in law
  • Speak French and English, German would be an asset
  • Be dynamic and proactive
