Our client is looking for its next Corporate Manager, and it might be you!
Here are the main tasks you’d be assigned to, among others:

To monitor a diverse client portfolio, while ensuring an effective client care;

To review client structures;

To manage the organization of boards & shareholders meetings;

To be able to give guidance regarding all legal matters;
-
To manage and train junior staff;
-
To make sure all procedures are complied with.

You already have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, and with funds;

You are familiar with Luxembourg regulations;

Having exposure to PE/RE funds is a great advantage;

You speak and write fluently in English ; French and German are great assets;

You take responsibility, you are proactive, a real team-player, organized, enthusiastic and motivated!
