Your responsibilities will be:
- Advising and managing your client portfolio regarding their corporate and financial transactions (Migration, M&A, Joint Venture, Coporate restructuring, ...).
- Drafting contracts and documents related to the transactions you are working on
- Ensuring a quality follow-up to your clients
- Monitor the various corporate and financial matters and carry out the relevant research
- Ensure effective collaboration with team members
Profile:
- Have you been a list 1 or 4 lawyer for at least two years?
- You have practised in Luxembourg law firms for more than two years in the areas mentioned?
- You can speak and work in French and English, any other language would be an asset?
- You like challenges and are ambitious?
- You can work independently as well as in a team?
