Our client is a leading company in the financial services sector, based in Luxembourg. As a Corporate Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting their clients' corporate needs and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with senior team members and be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks related to corporate governance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporates services for Private Equity and Real Estate clients
  • Assist in the incorporation, liquidation, and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, and other legal forms
  • Handle the registration and administration of companies with relevant authorities
  • Coordinate and prepare board meetings, including the drafting of agendas and meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
  • Communicate and liaise with clients, external service providers, and authorities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator in a PSF (Professional of the Financial Sector) in Luxembourg
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with the incorporation and liquidation processes of corporate entities in Luxembourg
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in using corporate administration software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
