One of our best clients is looking for a Compliance Manager to strengthen their small team. You will deal with a diverse portfolio, including investment funds such as PE/RE/SOPARFIs. In close relation with the Conducting Officer, you will ensure that projects and business comply with all relevant regulations. This position provides responsibilities in a healthy environment. Situated near the comodities, this fiduciary is also easy to access with public transportation.
Compliance Manager - Your Tasks:
- Assist the company on udpating internal compliance policies and procedures, including with AML-CFT requirements
- Supervise, support and manager your team
- Assessing AML/CTF risk exposure of clients
- Review KYC files of the first line of defense or ensure periodic controls
- Client and investor screening, and analysis of potential red flags to follow-up
- Provide training to more junior members of the team
- Conduct compliance audits and interpret these reports for various departments
- Support the Conducting Officer with compliance duties on investment funds
- Provide effective support related to AML/KYC for investors or colleagues
Compliance Manager - Your Profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg
- Solid knowledge of investment funds and corporate services
- Great communication (with hierarchy or your team)
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Fluent French and English
- Rigorous and a good attention to detail
