Bilingual Relationship Manager



Our customer, a fiduciary company with decades of experience in Luxembourg, is looking for a new relationship manager. 

Your Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulations, administrative procedures, and operating rules are consistently applied.

- Production and Productivity: Achieve production objectives and meet productivity targets as set by the Team Manager.

- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior staff while maintaining optimal communication within the team and with clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Prepare service offers, manage client onboarding, coordinate company incorporations, and handle legal aspects.

- Account Management: Supervise annual accounts, tax returns, and ensure client tax compliance.

- Problem-Solving and Invoicing: Identify client needs, advise solutions, and formulate invoicing proposals with management.


Your Profile:

- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's accounting, tax, legal principles, and anti-money laundering rules.

- At least three years of proven experience in a fiduciary company. Additional experience in financial services, accounting, tax, or trust environments in a similar position.
