My internship at Le Grand & Associates was a super fun and enriching experience. From day one, I immediately felt at home. My fellow intern, Gilles, and I were warmly welcomed and considered “part of the family” from the start.
Thanks to my role as a management assistant and internal recruiter, I experienced HR in practice for the first time. This made me realize that I truly want to continue in this field. I’ve grown tremendously here, especially in terms of communication. I was given plenty of freedom and responsibility but could always rely on the necessary support and guidance.
